Stan Gorman is a Health and Fitness Coach who cares about people. He is Located in Jacksonville, Florida and has over twenty years experience as a Life Coach and Personal Trainer. His expertise is varied and ranges from Youth Sports to Senior Adult Functional Fitness.Through out his fitness career, Stan has participated in five drug free Body Building Competitions, taking first place in the Virginia Potomac Cup Masters Over Fifty. Stan has worked with professional, college and high school athletes equipping them for success through sports specific training. However, one of his greatest joys is assisting individuals in reaching their health and fitness goals, whether it is weight loss or quality weight gain. Stan also specializes in Functional Rehabilitation. Across the years he has worked with Chiropractors, Physical Therapist and Bariatrics Physicians assisting patients with Functional Living programs. Stan holds a Masters of Ministry and is an ordained Christian Minister. As such, he understands the connection between Body, Soul and Spirit. Stan says the Dynamic is that we are Fitting the Body, Feeding the Soul and Ministering to the Spirit.
